Meet Charlotte, The lovey Lady running the Administration section of the business. Charlotte has completed a 3 Year degree in Hospitality & 2 Year degree in book keeping accounting. She will work out the services you require and schedule in the quote/job to suit availability to your requirements. She will step you through the procedures of the process from start to finish for you to have piece of mind everything is going to plan. everything from booking in a job, clients details, access to site requirements, pricing, updates of parts ordered, reminders of bookings prior to site visits, reports, invoice payment procedures, cash back claims and warranty lodging.

Meet John, The HVAC devision supervisor managing all the hands on stock supplies and materials. over sighting all the projects in progress making sure all steps and procedures are carried out safety & correctly. managing all the A/C installer crews. John has been with us since day 1 early 2016 with over 10 years experience in the industry. All your technical skilled tips & tricks with air conditioning John is all over it and has one of those great mechanical minds that can just work out just about anything on his own and has the eye of detail with his workmanship quality. Our Fujitsu Guru! He plans and thinks 3 steps ahead with anything he tackles to get done and has become a great asset to the ICE ICE BABY Team

Meet Curtis, The go getter in the ICEICEBABY team, The first one to the workshop before 6:30am every morning and never missed a day. Preparing all the gear for all the jobs ready for the crews to roll out for the day. Curtis takes on any job, Big or small and get it done with a smile on his face. Curtis brings laughter and fun to the workplace making the ICEICEBABY spirit on point for work environment culture.

Meet Jordan, Our young achiever who started with us at age 16 and completed his HVAC apprenticeship by 21 and now on track to being dual qualified electrician by the end of this year, With runners up for world skills with one of the highest marks at Tafe for juniors. Jordan is one of the most honest trustworthy guys we know and customers love him. Jordan is your refrigeration tech for all commercial coolrooms from cafes to cold storage rooms. If there is a job that is dirty and hard work Jordan would be the first one to raise his hand and take one for the team. We are very proud of what dedication, consistency and joy he brings to our staff & clients at ICE ICE BABY

Meet Toby, Our Senior Electrician managing the Electrical devision. Toby is a qualified electrician with over 20 years of knowledge and experience in the electrical industry. He has run an successful electrical company and knows all the ins & outs of what is required and safety procedures to be conducted to have all jobs carried out to the current Australian electrical standards. ICE ICE BABY has an edge in the industry having our own Electrical devision in house that doesn’t require out sourcing like most other service providers .
